Appointment of Sébastien Genesca as Head of DEEP by POST Group

POST Luxembourg announces the appointment of Sébastien Genesca, effective 16 March 2026, as Managing Director of DEEP, the Group’s entity dedicated to telecom and ICT services for business customers.

This appointment is part of the evolution of the governance structure of POST Telecom S.A., led by Cliff Konsbruck, CEO of POST Telecom S.A. and Deputy Managing Director of POST Luxembourg.

POST Telecom is organised around two divisions: one focuses on the B2C market, led by Tom Grethen, while the other, led by Sébastien Genesca, supports businesses and institutions in their digital transformation projects, ICT services, and digital solutions.

This organisational structure is part of the evolution of the governance of POST Telecom and its DEEP entity. Following the merger by absorption of the subsidiaries EBRC, Elgon, and Digora into POST Telecom, effective 1 January 2025, the organisation is now entering a new phase, marked by the strengthening of its ability to effectively address the challenges of the B2B and B2C markets.
