Renewal of the Collective Labour Agreement for POST Luxembourg employees

10 October 2025

The national unions LCGB and OGBL, along with the Syndicat des P&T, have reached an agreement with the management of POST Luxembourg regarding the renewal of the Collective Labour Agreement, the Convention collective de travail for POST Luxembourg employees.
For the first time, this Collective Labour Agreement was signed entirely electronically via LuxTrust.
Concluded for a period of three years until 31 December 2027, the new Collective Labour Agreement will take effect retroactively from 1 January 2025, subject to its submission being accepted by the competent minister and following approval by the Board of Directors of POST Luxembourg.
Negotiations, which officially began on 6 May 2025, resulted in an agreement signed on Friday, 10 October 2025, which includes the following main elements:

  • A linear increase of 2.00% in the salary scale, retroactive to 1 January 2025;
  • A salary increase of 0.50% effective from 1 January 2026;
  • An adjustment to annual leave entitlements: each employee will now receive a minimum of 28 days of leave upon hiring, increasing to 30 days after 10 years of recognised service.

This renewal reflects a constructive social dialogue between the social partners and management. The negotiators expressed their satisfaction with the agreements reached, which demonstrate a shared commitment to enhancing the attractiveness of POST Luxembourg while responding to the expectations of its employees.
