POST is the first mobile operator in Europe to offer Apple-certified repairs

31 October 2023

POST Telecom's after-sales service now carries out Apple-certified repairs on all iPhones, iPads, AirPods and Apple Pencils, ensuring Apple-compliant repairs and warranty coverage.

POST is the first and only mobile operator in Europe to carry out Apple-certified and Apple-approved repairs directly in-house, without using external subcontractors.

Customers can drop off their damaged Apple handsets at any of the 15 Espace POST across the country for repair, which will then be carried out at an Apple-approved POST service center. All Apple-certified repairs come with a three-month warranty, even outside the legal warranty period.

POST technicians, trained by Apple, use Apple-approved diagnostics and tools for every repair. What's more, they use only genuine Apple spare parts.

Express repairs in 48 hours (2 working days) are possible, depending on the diagnosis made, with an appointment via the post.lu/repar website and delivery of the device to the Espace POST Cloche d'Or.

Note that POST offers repairs for over 10 different smartphone brands. For further information, visit post.lu/repar

As part of its corporate social responsibility approach, POST Luxembourg is committed to extending the lifespan of telecommunications equipment, repairing, reusing and recycling.

In line with this commitment, POST introduced the reparability index in its catalog in June 2023 to inform consumers about the reparability of smartphones and guide them towards using their devices for as long as possible.
