POST Luxembourg unveils "NEXT", a unique place for creativity and innovation

29 October 2021

"NEXT", a new concept that aims to be both a catalyst for innovation and a place for inspiration, was inaugurated on Friday, October 29, 2021, at the Cloche d'Or, on the premises of POST Luxembourg, in the presence of Minister of the Economy Franz Fayot, members of POST Luxembourg's management team and numerous guests from institutions, the world of innovation and research.

Convinced that innovation within a company is driven by its employees, the POST Luxembourg Group is launching "NEXT", a key element in its innovation approach, aimed at both employees and partners, but also open to other external stakeholders.

The "NEXT" concept is fully reflected in the design of the venue and its original architecture, which encourages the emergence of new ideas, agility and collective creativity. To decouple this unique venue from POST Luxembourg's usual codes, and thus give its guests complete freedom to be creative, the NEXT visual identity is completely outside POST Luxembourg's branding.

Claude Strasser, Managing Director of POST Luxembourg explains:

"Every company needs new and ever more innovative solutions, to push the customer experience beyond expectations and ensure the long-term future of the organization. The same is true for POST and has been for almost 180 years". He continues: "To accelerate innovation cycles, we need to be more agile and responsive, and to capitalize precisely on the expertise and skills already available in-house, and to share this know-how with our stakeholders. There's no better way to get out of our respective comfort zones than to challenge ourselves in an environment that's both reassuring and conducive to creation. And that's exactly what we've done with NEXT, an atypical place that deliberately sets itself apart from POST's traditional codes."

Pierre Zimmer, Deputy General Director of POST Luxembourg and Chief Strategy Officer concludes:

"Through the NEXT concept, we aim to further unleash the potential of our employees to bring out new ideas. Indeed, it's an inspiring place to forge links between teams, push back the boundaries of creativity and challenge new concepts. NEXT is also open to external stakeholders. A dedicated NEXT team is on hand to take charge of the venue and accompany guests on their journey, in particular by facilitating workshops."
